CUSTOMER REVIEW : Just have reunion Afternoon Tea with friends here to celebrate CNY. The food looks nice and the display was attractive. However we never expect sudden guess in a “5 Stars” hotel — “Flies” in a fine dining place here in St Regis, this is very disgusting and unpleasant experience we ever have. We have complained to the waitress but the response was rather disappointed, the waitress just provided us a candle to chase out the flies, what a funny way to resolve the issue. If you plan to enjoy your fine dining please think again before you choose this hotel.
