The staffs are very helpful and patience too when teaching me how to use the medication. Reasonable price for medications and consultation. Recommend to call for appointment before you go as the doctors will not be there all the time. And parking might be challenging too, so better be there slightly earlier. |

| CUSTOMER REVIEW | This location is centralized but going from Shah Alam is a challenge due to constant traffic. Dr. Loh listens attentively to patient and detail in taking each move during diagnosis. I did not feel that he is rushing despite having patients after me, which gave me a kind of assurance and comfortable feeling despite I was in awed due to ear issue. After using the ear drop prescribed and some medications from the GP, I developed allergic reaction which turns badly. At first, I avoid going back for the 1st follow up session, but I’m glad that Dr Loh and team is very responsive over the chat and without futher a due, I returned for follow up session. Ears are fine now and Dr Loh referred me to dermatologist to treat my drug allergic issue. Dr Loh is also compassionate. My advice is, if there is anything or issue developed after visit or treatment, please reach out for help. The team has chat function that we can utilize. |
